"I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving hostile customer service at one of your locations. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappé, but I was given a medium. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the female employee became incredibly aggressive, rude, and visibly angry. The team here has the poorest customer service in this area, they seem to care about engaging with each other talking about other customers more than helping their customers /delivery/third party. I would never order from here unless I want sub standard service and to be ignored. Period!
