Had a long day, visited my son in the hospital , wanted a quick supper for the kids so I ordered 3 McDoubles, 4pc tender and a med and lg fry. I got pulled up, (expected because of the tender) what wasn’t expected was sitting there for 15 mins in a hot car with 3 kids! Then when I go in myself to get the food, it’s not even fresh, tenders cold and hard, fries cold and dry, McDoubles no cheese, 1 burger on one of them. It was utterly ridiculous and disgusting!! Food was not fresh, tasted like it was made in the afternoon, and I stopped in a 5pm. The buns were very stale and dry, and the french fries tasted cold and old. Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous for a McDonald's. They only fill the large fry card sleeves halfway, giving you about as many french fries as a small paper sleeve of fries. Don't bother asking for the rest of your fries or your card to be filled up like in their pictures on the TV menu's, because they will just argue with you and tell you that's just the w... read more
Honestly, being served by someone wearing a bull nose ring with something like wind chimes dangling from it was disgustingly gross . Set some minimum standards please. It’s business professional not ghetto and never expect a tip when grossing out customers.
