I've been going to this McDonald's for years. It's always been good for and to me. Service is always friendly
Me and my wife stopped in our way back from Louisiana and literally no customer service at this location. The manager is rude and after posting our order and them messing it up they still acted like noone existed in the lobby. Tables and floors are dirty and the drinks lacked carbonation. There is also a crap ton of flies inside. Prolly the worst McDonald's ive ever been in.
I understand being busy and stressed especially working in customer service. The manager’s attitude is absolutely horrendous especially to a customer that is being nice. It is extremely Uncalled for and I have never experienced such rude service.
I placed an online order. Upon our arrival, the order was not prepared. After a 20-minute wait, I addressed the manager, whose demeanor was quite unaccommodating. She attributed the delay to new staff and offered a refund as the only resolution. Consequently, after waiting over 40 minutes for our food, the proposed solution was to process a refund, necessitating a complete re-initiation of the order. They had no drinks available.. only had 3 options to choose from, they also had no condiments and napkins.
