The worst McDonalds I’ve been to in Jax ever time I try and use points they say my code isn’t working and I don’t get my food but when I look at my amount of points they are used. This is the only McDonalds that this has happened with the other one on beach blvd I’ve never had this problem.
Very rude and nasty staff. Went through drive thru and when we got out food there was no sauce. When we asked for sauce they only gave us one and said we had to pay more for the rest. So we went inside with money willing to pay for extra sauce, and the worker on fries was very rude and saying she gave us “six sauces already”. I don’t think we’d have to come inside and pay for more if we already had six sauces for a 4ct nugget… highly unprofessional and disgusting.
