I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like I need to say this: this is by far the worst McDonald’s in Cleveland. The prices are noticeably higher than other locations, and even employees have admitted it. On top of that, the service—especially at night—isn’t friendly unless it’s the older lady that works there she is always pleasant. Tonight, I ordered two snack wraps and, as I always do, asked for mayo on them. I was told they “can’t do that” and instead offered a cup of mayo. Up until today I always had a good experience at this McDonald's. I ordered online a curbside bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. I got an egg mc muffin instead. By the time I got home and went to eat it was 11:10, 10 min after breakfast service ends. I called and they said they could not correct it because breakfast was over. That is horrible customer service. It has been 10 min, and you guys messed up. Why am I driving up here twice to fix this and I can't even get what I ordered?
