This is the worst McDonald’s in Savannah the fries taste like potato chips hard crunchy use the same grease and also no sweet got unsweetened tea in the sweetened tea container the shift leader he’s a very big guy got a sassy attitude allow his employees to play around in the work environment he has each car in the drive thru waiting for like 20mins each car it’s ridiculous they need to be shut down on Montgomery crossroad so I need cooperate to see this thanks
Same order for years. This morning drive thru gives me a caramel milk, I ordered caramel ice coffee. Drive through guy argued with me. I told him I did not want it. The drink was solid white, no coffee in it. He held it out the window until I took it. I went inside asked for a remake, got the same drink watered down.
Food should have been better burger and fries were nasty. Just letting you know.
This morning was chaotic with my son needing to be at school an hour early, and we didn’t even have time for breakfast. After dropping him off, I took my little girls to McDonald’s and Rajamel completely turned our day around. His positivity was infectious. He brought our food to the table, cleared our trays, helped with the girls, and made it feel like we were being spoiled at a nice restaurant.
