Very bad customer service. I went there on Friday around 8:30 pm, I stood in line behind a customer, once the cashier finished helping him, the cashier just ignored me, he closed his cash and went to clean the tables, he never said someone will help you or I will be back in a moment. I stood in front of cash for extra 3 minutes while the cashier was cleaning tables and there were 2 persons working inside. They just ignored me as if there is no one in front of cash. I asked for no cheese,and they gave me double cheese! So pathetic
The gentleman working the cash around 6:40pm on October 7th is absolutely wonderful. He always has a big smile, he is very nice and very good at customer service. This location is lucky to have him as an employee. I hope McDonalds treats him accordingly based on his great work.
Went to this location today evening. Horrible experience. I ordered coke and ice coffee, but coke taste was like sugar water. And there was no enough cream in ice coffee, just full cup of ice. Very bad service and dirty place ever I have seen.
