I ordered via door dash and just received totally unacceptable ice cold and soggy overcooked fries and chicken strips that were cold and like rubber! This is not the first time I had poor quality food at your store and I am very upset that I spent 30.00 and can't eat anything. The door dash driver delivered very quickly and I live. only 2 miles away. I called the store and they just let the phone ring....no answer. July 2026 Update: Since my original review this McDonald's has made a pretty huge turnaround. It seemingly swapped hands regarding managers or franchisees and they now show considerably more care, consistency, and higher food quality.
