We set in drive through for over a hour. Service sucks, felt sorry for the one guy running around.
The manager young man and a counter person gave actual customer service . I understand corporate pushes for kiosks etc, both they still have “service” corporate should understand people want that . Hopefully they will go back to what Mcdonolds use to be . ( bad vibe on decor ) where’s the clown , kid items , etc . Not the fault of local workers
Slowwwwwww
Took almost 25 minutes just for a happy meal with 2 quarter pounders. The forgot one of the burgers and frys and after having to go in and ask about our food, then finally brought it out but we had to go back in for the other burger only to find out they also forgot the fries. Takes forever and was not worth it.
