I sat in the drive thru for 36 minutes I went too the pick up window the lady there dropped my food. Forgot my drink. I asked her twice if there was sauce in the bag she said yes. I am missing my burger and didn’t receive one sauce. And I got 5 meals. I will never come here again.

The drive-through is speedy, customer service is always wonderful. My order is always correct.

Never seem to have shakes. Sometimes they're not open at night when they claim their open for 24 hours. You never know what you're going to get here. Placed a Big Mac sack order which comes with two Big Macs. Both Big Macs. Bottom buns were stale and hard. Never had that happen before. Always forget to put the sauce in the bag for your nuggets which is kind of a bummer. Ba da ba ba ba I'm,not loving it!

Slow service, got parked for a 2 burger meals. 4 other cars were parked and 6 others were served before they even brought me my food. When I finally got it, it was lukewarm.

Wait time is long when the store itself is empty. There's so many people in the kitchen. Why did we have to wait 30 minutes to get our order.
