Probably the most bullshit experience I've had with a McDonald's when it comes to ordering. You're forced to order at a kiosk. No employees taking orders and you have no options to make anything a meal even though the kiosk has it listed as sandwiches and MEALS. Seems like a forced way to make more money. Also no printed receipt which is bull also.
Unfortunately, they can’t adequately accommodate the customers that walk into the store or order on the app for instore pick up. However, you can go thru the drive thru get a meal, go thru drive thru again get a drink, and the third time thru the drive thru your inside order might be ready. Sad truth and was hoping this would change after remodel, no luck.
