This place is actually gone to the shits. The floors, counter services, tables, wallpaper are all dirtyas hell. The soft drink matching ice dispenser looks like it has mold on it, garbage was overrun and I saw no one cleaning NOONE. The leaders should start with retraining themselves because clearly there is no direction. Then they can hold to account their staff. 20-minute wait in the drive-through at night, then my ice cream sat melting on the counter for another 10 minutes before I had to honk to get someone's attention. Understaffed or not, that's just no urgency
Placed an order through Skip tonight. I waited well over an hour for my delivery. I ordered 2 coffees and only received one that was cold. Super disappointing. This particular restaurant needs to do better with their quality control.
