Ordered small ice coffee with less ice. The employee didn’t fill the cup just because I asked for less ice. Instead she tried to justify it saying “because its less ice we wont fill it all the way”. Well, paying full amount for a coffee and you wont even get what you paid for. Its called day light scamming. If there were zero stars or anything less, they truly deserve that.
Worst McDonald’s by far in Ottawa. Workers are uninterested in their job and the cleanliness in this location needs a lot of work. My food took forever to come out and I got it handed to me with no smile at all. I got a classic cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter and it was absolutely sloppy, everything was just thrown onto the bun and the condiments were just slathered and messy ontop of the warm patty. Do better
I daily visit this place for my coffee and food for kids once a week. All staff are excellent but KEIRA's customer service is above and beyond. Thank you to all. Keep up the good work guys.
