Literally sat at the drive through intercom for 5 minutes. No exaggeration. I kept saying “hello?” to no avail. So I just drove off. Better bet I’ll drive a couple more miles than being ignored as a customer.
Every time I go there they always make somebody pull up cuz they worried about their numbers in the drive through looking good. The last time I was there they already had a guy pulled up in the #1 they filled up two three four and five before we got our orders. And then they want to act like you're out of line for expecting fast food service. Then the lady going to walk up to me with the wrong bag asking was I Dylan, so you don't even know what number you pulled Dylan up to. You don't even know who I am, and at that point af... read more
I never leave reviews, so this is a first for me. We stopped to dine in at this McDonald’s, the service was fine, workers were nice! However, their pop machine did not have ice, the cup tray, lids, one pop only syrup, another was just carbonated water in the coke section, and the actual water spot wouldn’t give water. The manager(at least I think it was the manager) was very loud and boastful. That being said, I know it is part of his job to lead his fellow employees, but it was just I feel overly loud for dine in customers.... read more
Worst McDonalds EVER! Took my nieces to grab a quick bite after the park. Soft drinks had no ice and were flat like they had been sitting for hours, order chicken nuggets and they didn’t tell me until I was at the window to get my food they were out of all condiments. Food was cold. Gave us the wrong size fry AND forgot one fry and when we told the women at the window she rudely handed it to us without saying a thing then slammed the window in our face.
