So please tell me how it is that the customer gets charged extra because your manager who orders supplies didn't do the order right? I ran a store that required ordering and not once was this an issue. Came through drive thru asked for a medium since a small doesn't fit my taste and a large is too big. I was told all they have are small and large and if I get a large it'll cost me extra. That's taking advantage of people and making them pay for your employees lack of knowledge when ordering.
Great location in jenks. Quick service. Pleasant gal behind the counter.
