This McDonald’s was a corporate McDonald’s and ran well with strong staffing. The new owner bought the store and immediately cut staffing. It was immediately noticeable. The service has went downhill. The drive through wait times are bad. It’s sad, this was the store that was consistent.

I placed an order through the mobile app. I only ordered two beverages two pies. I waited out in the parking saw for 20 minutes before I confronted one of the employees asking them if they knew where my order was, he had to get a manager she had to ask her staff and then another manager stated it’s sitting right there by the time I got home my food was cold and there was no straws in the bag I received no apology for the inconvenience. Poor service all around would not recommend.

30 min + wait time in drive through line. Only 5 cars ahead, no hi no nothing. Silently handed 1 of 4 drinks and told to pull forward. 10 minutes later guy comes to the window and again no greeting just a what was your order. Time for the owner to train their people and hold them to some sort of standard or corporate should shut it down.

So what happened to my son while getting us breakfast is precisely why my wife and I quit going to this particular McDonalds. He went through the drive through at approximately 9 am to get us all some breakfast. He ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg, a sausage McGriddle and 2 sausage biscuits with egg. When he got home and checked the food, one of the biscuits had no egg and the two sausage McMuffins had the “folded” type of egg that they use on their biscuits instead of the round McMuffin type egg you’re supposed to get(s... read more
