Fries were ice cold, ordered burgers no onions of course they had onions..... tried to call and talk to a manager 10 times, no answer...... these janesville McDonald's all suck. I don't know if it's the owners are the staff but definitely a waste of money
The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Be prepared, at all times, to sit in the drive through for a minimum of 15 minutes. Most times it’s 20+. Going inside isn’t any better. Waited 40 minutes for two happy meals and they have no staff there to take orders so you can’t even ask anyone at the counter what’s taking so long.
Went to take my kid to the play place for dinner and the doors were locked. No employee came to explain, just a patron shouting through the door that the employees said they “were closed”.
