Wasted 15 minutes in the drive through line with no service
Food and service were great, but it was so hot in the dining room my clothes were soaked with sweat by the time I finished eating. I feel for the employees working around the hot equipment. I won't do that again.
Went in today for a pickup order, no complaints about the custom service or the food. HOWEVER, it was incredibly hot in the customer area and upon talking to the employees I was informed they haven’t had AC (IN FLORIDA IN JUNE) for two weeks and they were told it won’t be fixed until the end of summer due to cost. Employers are federally required to protect staff from severe heat hazards and heat-related illnesses by OSHA standards. Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 45 minutes. That’s what I get for coming back to a McDonald’s after 2 months slop-sober. Thanks for the wake up call that I need to prioritize my health instead of wait in a 45 minute line for garbage
