All I wanted was a bag of ice. The front staff acted as though they did not know what to do. Therefore I waited while the cashier tried to figure out how to get me a bag of ice.

This was honestly our mistake, but the staff here turned it into a great experience. We ordered through the app for curbside pickup but didn’t fully understand the difference between curbside and drive-through. We pulled into the drive-through line thinking that’s where we’d pick up our order, not realizing we needed to speak at the speaker first. So we just sat there waiting. Took my money and didn’t give me food. Wouldn’t refund it. They cited their terms and conditions on the app as the reason why they couldn’t refund me. This location and their sister locations are run by thieving people who won’t refund your money even when they deny service because they “switched over to lunch” at 10:30 am..
