Have used this location to run in for a drink or coffee and use the restroom. BOTH times there is ZERO hand soap in the ladies bathroom and I mentioned it to the manager…and my husband just reported he stopped in for a coffee, and AGAIN NO hand soap in the restroom! Guessing the employees don’t wash their hands with soap either. Get some SOAP! Gross! Kiosk ordering is AWFUL. Bring back face to face service so people can develop social skills!
Pull in to order and was told system updating and not taking orders. Then why are you open? You need to update your information on the app. Horrible service
This store wanted everyone to order on the kiosk and had the register covered up but I needed someone a real person to take my order, now the person who took my order was very nice but too over 5 to 10 minutes to take my order. Very nice clean store but they need to hire more people.
