Went there had a lady see i won a free thing. Which I'm on vacation and spent over a dollar to get it for my kids. Refused to honor it after lying about seeing it. I just dont understand how you teach kids lying is ok. Then never got our order cashed out after 15 minutes of standing there.
We came in today 08/16/25 for my daughter happy meal, some mc value order and new promotion for adult happy meal. When we paid we asking for honey mustard sauces and paid for that. Bbq sauce was been included in order but when we receiving my food i was ask if the sauce was in the bag, employee told me yes they was in the bottom but when we get home we didn’t have any sauce even bbq or honey mustard. RATCHET. ROBBERY. UNPROFESSIONAL. Paid for a 4$ item, was told there was no more and was offered an item costing 2$. I asked if i could be refunded the difference, was told by an unprofessional older employee with an afro and I quote “dat not how dat work here”. When did Mcdonalds stoop so low? Employees dont even grasp the concept of refunding the difference. Completely unprofessional staff and should all be fired.
