October 28 10:30 pm whoever is working tonight was AWFUL. they were laughing over the headset, talking to coworkers mid order and not listening to what the customer (my family and me) was saying, was messing around and didn’t get our order our burger and fries to us until 30 mins after and when they gave the order to us they were laughing and rude. i’ve never been so disappointed in customer service. i normally love going to this location.

I don't often go to McDonald's. But this most recent visit I was definitely more disappointed than usual. One of the few time periods that I go to McDonald's is during the Monopoly prizes. I did not order much, but what I did order was supposed to be Monopoly pieces. Not a single item I got had game tokens with them. Outside of that, I don't really have any other complaints. The spicy McChicken was good, and the fries were warm and well salted

Staff is very slow and always forgetting something They always run out of sauces Manager is just rude and doesn’t run this place in a professional manner
