I bought 10 cookies and the wait time is ridiculous. I’ve already been here for 15 minutes. Not to mention they were so expensive!!! When did they start charging $2+ a cookie? This is outrageous. Cookie totes are normally $7.59 for 13.

Can’t stand placing a mobile order , getting to the restaurant which in this case is McDonalds on San Jose . The lady says “we are working on your order now” like the whole reason for me placing the order through the app is to receive the food when I show up . By the way, this McDonald’s is dead on the inside and outside not a single customer.

This is the first review I’ve ever left , even with bad service. The lady that works closing shift is the most rude, hateful person. I don’t understand how you work customer service ans are openly disdainful towards customers. If it happened once I’d think it was a bad day. I’ve been 3 times, always same woman, and always takes out the fact she hates her job on the customer. It’s bad enough to wait in line for 20 minutes with one person ahead of me.
