Ordered 50$ worth of food online. Picked up at curbside. All the fries were frozen still and super soggy and full of oil. No napkins no straws no sauces u asked for. These guys are getting paid well was not busy at all and as someone that works in fast food this is unacceptable. I’m very upset I got home to nasty food 50$ minus on my account and was greeted with a smuck (oh big order guy here) instead of asking for my name. Las papas estaban frías y duras pero le comenté ala muchacha y me dio otras, pero el q venía en el happy meal estaban muy feas.
Although the chicken nuggets were super fresh, we had got a 20 piece. 10 for my daughter 10 for me. She was excited that she had 11 in hers but once I got home mine only had 8. They cant count. Ill be counting everything moving forward when going through the drive thru
