Service here is Terrible! Especially for the Jenison location. Managers are rude to say the least, they disrespect costomers. I told a concern to a "manager" there and she wound up shouting to her staff stating that someone was having a bad day, implying that I was. Sad that we can't even bring our concerns to management about their practices. I Could go on, but what difference would it make. Made a call to corporate about them, but corporate must have called the manager first. No one ever realizes that the costomer are the ... read more
