Workers rude don't wait on customers anymore stand in lobby
I waited over 15 minutes for my simple order (big breakfast and frappe) to be brought out curbside when they weren't busy. App predicted 5 minutes. I watched several other customers come and go intermittently.
Brenda is one the kindest and most hardworking staff members at this location. She is always pleasant and smiling and today, when I was getting my morning diet coke the line was back up she delivered it to me physically while I was in line. Very thoughtful and I will only service this mcdonalds in the future because of her
Drive thru was slow really slow 🐌
How is this like in the top 5 of McDonald's in the Lansing area??? Seriously it's gas station restaurant but they almost ALWAYS deliver! Thank you and I appreciate you guys. I literally drive by stores to get to your store!
