I went through drive thru on 9/1/2016 and ordered food for myself and my three kids. And two apple pies. Both windows read back my order correctly ! I drove home and they didnt give me my pies. I drove back. Explained the situation and was told too bad, because he remembered putting them in, and because i didnt bring back the food he didnt have to help me.
