This is the third time in a week that I stopped for 2 ice cream cones and recieved less than 2 inches above the cone. These are 3 dollar cones. When I questioned the server she just said have a nice day and left the widow. We have been eating here regularly but many of the people are not very courteous.

Very good experience today.Food was fresh and hot which is not typical. Staff was friendly which is not typical. Whatever changes have been made keep it up!!! Happily surprised.

It's really hard to put into words the level of incompetence displayed at this location. No matter the shift, your order is bound to me messed up. For some strange reason they wait until after you've sat in the line and get up to the window to get your order to tell you they're out of an item instead of saying so while you're ordering. They're always out of pies in the evening. The service here is absolutely awful. I'd rather drive a little further to the Whataburger than to give this place another penny or minute of time.

There’s almost always something missing from my order or incorrect like giving me five nuggets instead of the 6pc I ordered or not adding toppings I pay additional for.
