I went for fries, a cheeseburger, and a drink. The stop took over 15 minutes due to highly disorganized and inefficient staff. The drive-through wasn’t working, and they didn’t bother putting up a sign to notify customers. Each car would eventually realize the kiosk wasn’t working, then drive up to place their order at the pay window. Very rude . Very slow. Food is not good.
Staff here should be immediately fired. They need more training on how to treat customers. They need a class in customer service improvement. Also they are extremely SLOW in the drive-thru.
Slowest McDonalds ever. Drive thru is so slow.
