1 star Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with an eye roll. This location seriously needs training in basic customer service and respect for customers.
Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Looks like they need a new manager. Wow.

Went into drive thru at 12:42 and waited until 12:50 just to be told my mobile order couldn’t be completed at the time because they “weren’t accepting orders at the time so they could catch up on what they had”. Meanwhile only 2 cars in drive thru (could have delivery pickup orders as well but didn’t specify). I understand being short staffed as they mentioned it was only 2 people there, however my order was already placed and paid for so I don’t really get why I was turned away
