While my food was accurate, it was cold like it was waiting to get to me. After waiting for 10 minutes I received cold food. Staff inside wasn’t very welcoming. Only interaction I had with an employee was when I went to the counter to ask how much longer on my order. While I’m waiting I noticed how dirty the store is inside. Tables are dirty, floors have trash on it. Employees are also arguing about doing their job very loudly. Management in this location is poor or nonexistent.
I asked for no onions on my burger, as I am extremely allergic to them, if I eat even the smallest bit of onion I immediately start breaking into hives and my throat starts closing up. I got my McDouble with onions on it today. I’m glad I double checked before I ate it.

Pull into the drive-thru at 5:00 a.m. and sat for 3 minutes pulled up to the window no one was there parked my car and walked inside and asked if they were open was told to drive through was open the guy was washing dishes and that he was back there now went back to my car I went to the drive-thru again to place my order still no one was there for 3 minutes drove to the window again and still know about it at the window to take my order
Ordered a spicy McChicken and didnt receive one. Asked the person bagging orders for one. I was given a normal McChicken and then was ignored. Staffing here is horrendous
