I mostly go through the drive thru and the staff are friendly. It's a mcdonalds so you already know what the food is like.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this black individual with a blonde wig. She works night specifically Wednesday night on April 22 at 12 am so incredibly rude slams the door on your face. After ordering she was doing it to everyone in line. I think the manager needs to look into this because it’s disgusting behaviour when we were so polite.
Today, I visited this McDonald's location as I often do, but for some reason, I was ignored and not served. I typically go there nearly every other day. I can't understand if this is racially motivated, but it feels disrespectful. This should not occur again. I was informed that the manager on duty was named Mercedes, and there were two other managers present.
