The INSIDE needs a DEEP CLEANING! My family and I went in to eat and for the kids to play but it was unpleasant from the moment we walked in. There was/is a pungent smell the moment we walked in. Tables had not been wiped down crumbs on the tables (luckily I had my own wipes) food on the floor.. I did not go to the restroom but my dad went in and said they were very dirty inside. So I get to this drive thru location, granted it was around 2:30 in the morning just having gotten off a shift myself. Girl asks me if I wanna try a new refresher, I say no thank you, silence. I proceed to sit there in silence for like ten minutes without anything. I call out to try and get their attention, still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that she thought I was just browsing the menu. This place use to be full of people. Now its empty. But I know why. Rolaba is so rude. She has no consideration for the older people. No customer service at all.. even when you express you want a human charging you .
