Just want to shout out Andy, the afternoon manager she’s honestly the best. Every time I come in, she’s super friendly and makes the whole place feel way more inviting. You can tell she actually cares. I asked for fresh fries once and she didn’t even hesitate made sure they were hot and perfect. It’s little things like that that make a big difference. She’s calm, professional, and just really good with people. You don’t always see that in fastpaced spots like this, but Andy handles it like a pro.
The night manager Tiffany with purple hair that drives a white car is very rude to be a manger. She is always nasty. All the other women at this location is very friendly. If you ask her for fresh fries she responds with we always have fresh fries. Please tech her customer service skills. The employee’s also talks about how bad her attitude is. If you don’t like people then quit and work from home.
Give me the wrong order and they got mad when I returned it to request the correct order. Didn't get a specific frappe so they didn't say anything and so I had to go back for it for a different one. And they got madder. And between coworkers arguing in the kitchen.
