I had an unfortunate experience at this location on 9/16/2025 at approximately 5:45 pm. I placed my order at the drive-thru, and I accept responsibility for not looking at the screen after placing my order, but when I drive up to the window to pay, the cashier rattled off my order so II only heard part, but realized that something was incorrect, which apparently fixing it was an issue. I have never been to a McDonald’s, or frankly any fast food besides a chic-fil-a, that the employees seemed happy to assist and were patient at the order window, even in the middle of dinner rush. It was refreshing!
