I am a tourist staying at the Holiday Inn next door. I went at 10:30 pm to place an order. I was surprised that the door was closed and the restaurant only accepts car orders. I went to the car window to place an order, but the employee refused and asked me to be in a car so he could place the order for me. It's a pity, but this location has gone downhill. They try to save on everything. They gave me a stale Coke. When I asked for a real Coke, I saw the displeasure on the employees' faces. And when I left for work, I discovered they hadn't given me a sandwich, even though I'd only ordered two menus 🤯. I didn't go back because I'd already waited about 10 minutes for my order from the moment I placed it to the moment it was delivered. Poor customer service
Standard McDonald's. No human interaction at this one, it's all done through a touch screen here. There is a human that yells out your number though. No cashier to take orders any more. This is what McDonald's has become. Cut jobs in favor of making rich stock holder more money. Location was clean and the order-yeller was very polite. My bagel was a bit stale though, and the hash brown seemed old.
