Always very slow service, once waited in line for like 15 minutes. Frequently forgetting items be it food or drinks. I’ve gone in person and door dashed and nothing changes ever. It’s always slow, they still forget food or drink items all the time. I don’t know if it’s management related or what, but it’s kind of unacceptable for a fast food joint to take as long as this one.

This is my usual McDonald's, and I get the same thing every time... Morning crew has it memorized, and it's perfect every time, night crew... Leaves something to be desired as far as service goes... Night time needs better management

Worst McDonald's ever. You get ahold of corporate, who directs you back to local manager. Clearly management is the problem. Every bad review on here is exactly the same. Shame on a million dollar corporation.

I wish I could give this establishment a 0/5. Staff were incredibly rude. Gave me 8 nuggets (10 piece) , no fries, no bbq, and messed up both of my mcchickens. Not to mention I waited for 30 minutes and they had to retake my order at the window. Horrible.
