Cold fries, sloppy crooked burger, no sauce with my nuggets. Jeeeeeeeze, I’ll drive all the way to Johnstown next time.
This store is BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. Johnstown, Clifton Park and even Buffalo are better and FASTER. On this day, I waited in the drive thur line for over 30 minutes before I even got to the window to pay. I waited a total of 42 minutes to get just 2 fish fillets as my total order. They were NOT alternating back and forth between lanes! They would take 2 or 3 orders from lane 1 before taking an order from lane 2 where i was. I ordered a door dash and only got half of my items I ordered they can never get anything right but get paid over 15 dollars a hour for nothing when there job isn't that hard but read a screen
