If I could give zero I would. Ordered my elderly gma dinner on DoorDash and they “lost” the order we waited an hour through 3 dashers and still had to place the order again
The customer service is very poor. Don’t guys go to the McDonald’s the service is very awful. The food is cold.
Dont do mobile orders here you will get stuck in a drive through that doesnt move i waited 20 minutes and not one car moved horrible take some lessons from chick fila.Spoke to the manager very rude unbelievable attitude and offcoarse would not give me his name and proceeded with excuses but it was the mgr on duty at 10 pm on August 8.
