Stood at the counter while 2 people were fixing the ice cream machine and working on the drive thru window. After 10 mins of no one acknowdging me I left.
Three employees looked at me and ignored me for five minutes. Instead of getting my food ready, the manager decided it was a good time to chat with a friend. Only getting my food when she saw i was getting impatient and seemed bothered that I had the audacity to interrupt her conversation.
Only took 20 minutes to get meal and only one person in front of us.
