This morning, I think I was still half asleep and accidentally placed my order incorrectly. Fortunately, two wonderful supervisors were there and helped me get my order exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism. Employees like you truly make a difference. Keep up the great work!
The staff at this McDonald's is the most polite and welcoming of any McDonald's I have ever been to. The young man that works the drive through and the register is extremely helpful and polite. He has tattoos. Mr or Mrs manager give that man a promotion and or raise.
Takes forever, service is terrible. It’s almost like people don’t want to do the job that they expect others to have to do. And work effort is minimal and pathetic. You chose to work here. Period. Don’t get what’s so hard to flip burgers and drop fries. We’ve all done it. Grow up. And have the workers had no respect. Sat in the drive through waiting for 20 min to get my order taken and 30 min to get my food in line. Won’t be coming back.
This place sucks! They take extremely too long and talk to as if you're bothering them.
