I only ordered two items.And I got two wrong items. When I asked the server to replace my item, they actually acted impatiently.

Terrible service. I redeemed a reward for a large frappe, but it was entered as a medium (as shown on my receipt). I asked both the cashier and the manager multiple times to correct the order, but they refused to fix it. This location already has several reviews mentioning poor service, and it’s disappointing to see no improvement. Staff—especially managers—should be properly trained to handle simple order corrections and customer concerns. I hope a supervisor addresses these ongoing issues.
