This is the second time that this has happened. They never brought our food out for 30 minutes, and when we finally caught a worker and asked they brought it out right at 10:30 ice cold and said it had been sitting for 20+ minutes in the staging area because of an issue with their app. Asked them to remake it and they refused to do that because they had already turned over for lunch.
