The manager lady with the red hair is extremely rude and very unprofessional, she does not deserve that position. Do better McDonald’s!! And The workers always have their backs turns toward you so they don’t help you. Learn some customer service skills from Chic-Fil-A it will help.
Customer service is very speedy. I like it.
My favorite location is Willow Street and Long Beach Blvd. The manager ensures working properly of machines and proper change back.
