I tried to call them and order food and they hanged up on me. I am so disrespected. I’m just a citizen trying to order food.

Pésimo servicio Ayer fui a comprar un combo large de papas y pedí que en lugar de la soda large me dieran un café large fue como a las 10 15 de la noche por el dry true se espera mucho y al llegar a la ventanilla el empleado me dio la bolsa y el café pero cuando llegué a mi trabajo no me puso las papas llamé en ese momento y le expliqué a la señora supervisora y le dije que yo iba con muy poco tiempo para comprar el lonche y me dice oh cuando salgas de tu trabajo a las 2:30 puedes venir el McDonald's está abierto 24 horas y ... read more

I ordered and paid using the self-service kiosk. The kiosk did not print a receipt, so I went to the counter and provided my order number. Instead of looking up the order using that number, the employee asked me to repeat everything I had ordered. The whole point of using a self-service kiosk is to avoid having to verbally place or repeat my order. If customers still have to go through their entire order again after paying and providing an order number, then the self-service process is not working efficiently. This was frust... read more

Horrible place. The staff is extremely rude, especially the valet. The food is incredibly bland and very hard to stomach at this particular restaurant. The staff will yell at you, point their fingers, and gesticulate. I don't recommend this place to anyone; it's a terrible McDonald's.
