Beware fellow doordashers, don’t take delivery orders from here. They will keep you waiting 15+ minutes. Extremely understaffed and long lines to get food. Couldn’t even get service for the first ten minutes. Staff seem friendly but they need to hire more for Sunday nights. Also the door was locked when I tried to enter, menu screens are down in the lobby.

Genuinely one of the worst McDonalds locations in the city. It may not look too bad from the outside, but the problems will absolutely hit you right in the face either when you walk inside or pull into the drive thru. What to say about this place. The soda machine in the lobby been down for 3 months no word on if there going to fix. It take a long time to get your meal. Mangers are rude and entitled. Customer service, never heard of it. McDonald's doesn't care about it Customers anymore, only maximizing there profits over anything else.
We were at this McDonald's my husband and I and my elderly parents. September 21st and I want to say around 1:00 p.m. and once again it was screwed up my husband ordered the Big Mac meal with no metal bun and I ordered the Big Mac meal with a Coke large size with extra eyes he also asked for a Coke. Their machine in the lobby for soda was down, when we got everything like I said his head no metal bun mine had onions even though I asked for no onions and extra pickles they put no pickles on it an extra onion.
