This is my favorite Mc Donald's. Good service and great food. However, I give 2 to atmosphere because there are group of elderly people that always smoke cigarettes in the outdoor seating area. City of Glendale have designated area for smokers. Other than that, service is good. Most importantly, they do not cheap out on condiments.
I want to give a huge thank you to Albert for his exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, patient, and attentive, providing care and delight in every interaction. There’s someone here who likes to mess with vegetarians. I ordered a McMuffin no Canadian bacon- they also took the cheese off. I ordered a Quarter Pounder no meat - I got home and there was no bun, just a plate of lettuce and such. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, no meat, checked one seemed ok, got home, the other had meat. I am beyond done with this location.
