This is the second-worst McDonald's in Jacksonville, which considering the size of Jacksonville, is quite an achievement. Customer service is horrendous. Drive thru people could not care less. Have you ever ordered something from wish? It looks so nice in the pictures and not only does it take 6 months to receive but when you finally do get it, its something completely different. This is what this mcdonalds is like. If you want anything plain,don't come here. They don't know what the hell that means. At all. 3 burgers later and the manager giving ME grief because she can't read. Most unfortunate. The window employees though, always super nice. If you want food this year,may I suggest the taco bell down the road?
