Years ago I worked at McDonald's And the first rule was "please the customer" 2- double check the order on the screen and in the bag to verify that everything is there And third Ask if they need anything else. None of that exists anymore. Not honoring mcdonalds deals said only 2 per person, arbitrary. Even when placing an online order had to wait 30 minutes when done the "right" way. Wouldn't be so bad if they tell you before you use the deal, but it gets subtracted from your account and not fulfilled
