There usually isn’t much good to be said for our local Jasper McDonalds, however tonight we went through the drive thru and a guy named Sergio was working. He deserves a 10 star review. The place was PACKED. When we went to pay the lady working the 1st window was not in the best mood. When we made it to the second window Sergio was there smiling & super friendly. I waited in the drive thru area for 30 minutes after I had ordered. The staff said it would only be a minute or two wait. When I went inside to get a refund, they had forgotten me and then it took 10 more minutes to get a refund. No apologies, the manager could not even look at me. Very disappointed.
