Terrible service, especially from the manager. If their self-service system isn’t working, they should politely inform customers.
Not allowing coffee refills anymore,, been saying for the last two months the coffee machine is broken but yet selling coffee thru drive thru. Don't understand the need to have to lie to customers. They also discourage the servers from talking/mingling w customers,,, also wish they'd just turn their TVs off instead of pushing their political propaganda. Had to drive over to Whataburger instead.
Pedí una hamburguesa de green chile y no le pusieron ok no dije nada ...Termine me levante al baño y tire mi basura y deje mi vaso para pedir un poco más de soda antes de irme i le pido a una encargada ..dogo encargada porque vestida con blusa de color azul le doy mi vaso aun con hielo y se me queda mirando y le orégano algún problema ..?
