I used to work at McDonald's and it is laughable how undertrained and incompetent these employees are. They screwed up 3 of my sandwiches and only replaced 2, those 2 were supposed to be daily doubles with no onions add ketchup. I got 2 sandwiches with no tomato and pickle on them, which a daily double does not get, went back through and got them replaced which I could here the people working the line talking about my order and how they made it right and they proceeded to make 2 more sandwiches wrong this time with no mayonn... read more

Definitely not surprised to see a 2.8 rating, I wish I would’ve done my research before waisting even a dollar on the garbage slop they put together. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and requested for my nuggets be made fresh which I typically Make that request whenever I eat at McDonald’s. I’ve got a couple huffs and puffs noticeable attitude faces, but I’m always asked to wait in a parking spot, and fresh nuggets are provided. I went to here after my dentist with my sisters and dad and the soda machine was broken and we asked for are money back and they refused so we didn’t get drinks and the manager was calling someone and we got mad and she called us lazy and saying we can wait for the thing and said in the phone u have to hurry up bc we have some mad customers.
No respect for their employees that has an disability and medical condition and learning disabilities on top of it no respect for anyone here
