Anytime I order here I get charged for things they forget. I order a mcdouble, Im given a single patty. I order a triple cheeseburger, im given a double cheeseburger. I order a large drink, im given a medium drink. I try to be polite to the workers and treat them with respect but I can't even get my order right after repeating it several times? Id rather go across town to the one on prospect now, they're way better.
I have to go here often and ive only had one good experience at this place.
Some random person thought I was his ride. He was just standing in front of the place. Looked like a drug accident. And they got one of my burger all the way wrong. I placed 2 double cheese burger with no onions and I got one good and the other one with patty and buns. And on top of that I was waiting for like 20 mins for fries.
I asked for no pickle extra cheese, which I’m charged for I receive pickle on my sandwich no extra cheese. And somehow no lettuce and only 1 patty on my big mac!!!. Lately every time I’ve came there has been something wrong with my food. Attention to detail is important. When you have employees standing around talking, not doing anything you think you’d get your food, right? When you call to try and talk with a manager no one answers!
