This has to be the worst McDonald's in El Paso. They always either get our order wrong or forget it. I ordered some cookies and like always was told to go wait on the side for the order. As we waited we kept seeing all the other cars getting their orders. It was almost 15 minutes then my son had to get down to ask. The girl pretty much just said oh yeah here it is, the cookies were already cold. Not even an apology or anything. Waited 40 minutes for food at the drive-thru.
Order placed through the app. Once there I placed an additional order. After paying, they tell me to pull up to parking spot #1. I pull over and parking #1 is already taken. I parked next to it, waited 15 minutes for the order. Finally get the order, drive 10 minutes back home just to find out order was wrong and incomplete.
