this is the 2-3 time we have asked them for no cheese on a double quarter pounder and they still keep adding cheese, I understand if it’s busy and stuff but I’m paying with my money and not yours. Most of the staff sounds miserable over the drive thru and you have to scream because they say they can’t hear you at all. Please train your staff to do better as it’s NOT that hard to read a ticket, I’ve let it go by so many times as I do emphasize with the staff but please do better if a customer asks you for something very basic... read more
