Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I ordered a drink, but I don’t like a lot of ice because of my teeth, and I also don’t like the taste of the foam, so I specifically asked for less ice. Instead of giving me a full drink, I was given what looked like half a drink, even though I paid the full price. I understand that asking for less ice may change the amount of ice in the cup, but I still expect to receive a full drink for what I paid for. We ordered two cones and asked for an extra empty cone, and we didn’t mind getting charged to it, but when their employee added random condoment Charge on the receipt we asked why is there are no empty cone charge and who decides the price. Employee was super rude. The ice cream was melting in his hands About to fall over, Said that the manager makes the prices. Worst staff I have ever seen in McDonald’s day or night. The staff make up things and charge you whatever they like to put in the pocket. And if you ask to talk to manager she will come even with worst attitude. Never going back here.

this is the 5-6th time we have asked them for no cheese on a double quarter pounder and they still keep adding cheese, I understand if it’s busy and stuff but it’s just frustrating the same mistake when it’s harder to add the cheese onto 2 patties vs JUST NOT ADDING ANYTHING. Please train your staff to do better as it’s NOT that hard to read a ticket, I’ve let it go by so many times but also I understand the flaw as it is fast-food and not high dinning.
