I had a frustrating experience with a manager named Raquel/Rachel at this McDonald's location. I called to follow up on an order I had placed,because it wasn’t showing on my app and Raquel—who spoke Spanish—told me she didn’t know what location I was calling and insisted there was no order for me, then hung up. By far the filthiest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Food all over the floors and every table was dirty, first thing in the morning
The worst experience with this place 20 min waiting for just a Happy Meal they sent me to wait I have to leave the car and go inside to reclaim my order And they miss the apple 🤦🏽♀️
Went on Saturday 8/30/25 I REGRET NOT CHECKING THE REVIEWS BEFORE EATING HERE! How is this place open?! 🤯ALL the tables were dirty, it still had breakfast leftovers and we got there around 1:30pm! 🤮 There was plany staff that could be doing other things besides just standing around or going to the restroom frequently! I was unfortunate enough to go there during a dinner rush on the Friday evening of 8/15. The restaurant was poorly maintained and dirty. Although the kitchen crew was working really hard to put orders together, they were an uncoordinated mess. Several customers that went through the drive thru had to come inside the restaurant because their orders were incorrect.
