Food was cold and disgusting. And the staff is rude.

Normally I have a good experience with this McDonald's. But my last couple pass-throughs between 3:00 and 4: 00am. All employees were outside smoking. Waited for 10 minutes. Before I had to pull out. Only customer.. on my way to work.. My recent time coming through they had cones blocking the drive-thru..
Worst experience I ever had. I’ve been sitting here on drive through with a huge line of other costumers as well waiting for food, it’s been over 30 minutes, after a 14 hour work shift, this is so disrespectful I’ll never gonna come back here again.
