Going through the drive thru they always rush you get to the window to get food order is wrong don't assume I want something if I didn't ask for it
I ordered ahead on the app. The money was taken out of my account. When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have my order in the system. I asked for either my order or a refund, I was denied both. So now I am in the process of looking for a lawyer to get my money back. I paid for merchandise that I never received and I was refused a refund. Which is illegal.
