I ordered the McDouble meal deal and asked to up size the drink to large. The total was nearly $7. Given that the meal is $5, I asked how much I was charged for the drink up size and was told $1. Their regular drink price for any size is $1.49. That means I would have been charged nearly the entire price of a drink to upsize from an included small size to a large size. Made a mobile before 10:20 and on the app it allowed me to. Got to the mcdonald’s 5 minutes after 10:30 and they told me not only did they not have my food ready that i wasn’t getting my food because it was past 10:30. The employee was very rude me to me and my grandmother. Worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to and will never ever come here again.
This place is a pain in the evenings or anytime there's a rush. They have no one working there and it's been this way for the last couple of months, but it seems like every time I go. I must have bad luck, but you know what the people are kinda rude there so I'm giving it two.
