From Management to the employees, their customer service is TERRIBLE. MANAGEMENT IS BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
Disconnected drive thru worker. Just said "Ok" when done ordering. Paid, she was silent again, pulled up to 2nd window, window open, Coke held out, window shut... Window open, food. ag held out, silent, window closed. I tapped on glass, girls opens window and I say, "Thank you, goodnight" She replies with "Huh?" and I drive away... Its service like this everywhere now a days
